Photos of offers and contracts
- Before your first photo is sent, ResortCue asks your permission.
- Photos are resized on your phone (which removes hidden details like location) and sent once, over a secure connection, to ResortCue's service.
- To read them, ResortCue uses Claude, an AI service from Anthropic. Anthropic receives the photos for that request and may keep them for a limited time under its commercial data terms.
- ResortCue doesn't keep your photos or the words read from them. The results go back to your phone.
- Paperwork can show your name, address or account numbers. You can cover anything you'd rather not share before taking the photo.
Ask Cue questions
- Your questions, the last few answers, and the numbers from your offer check (if you did one) are sent to ResortCue's service and to Anthropic to write each answer.
- ResortCue doesn't keep your questions or answers. They stay on your screen until you leave the page. Please don't type card numbers or other private details.
Trip Pass and payment
- Payment is handled by Stripe. ResortCue never sees your card number. Stripe keeps the payment record and the email you give for your receipt, under its own privacy policy.
- Your pass is a code saved on your phone. ResortCue doesn't create an account or keep your name.
On your phone
- Your pass, your answer to the photo permission, and your checklists are saved in your phone's browser. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What we don't do
- No ads, no tracking, and we don't sell your information.
